Step 1
We need to know a little bit about your business. Please download and fill out the New Client Information Sheet, and fax it to us at 509-343-5284 or send it with your first shipment. -
Step 2
Download and fill out our Milling RX Form, and send it with each case in the shipment. -
Step 3
Include a check to cover your first case(s) or provide your credit card information on the New Client Information Sheet. -
Step 4
Ship your case(s) to:Aesthetic Milling Services
